Sakamoto Days chapter 145 recap
Natsuki and Mafuyu as seen in Sakamoto Days (Image via Yuto Suzuki/Shueisha)
The previous chapter began with Mafuyu reminiscing about his childhood. His father had pushed him and his brother Natsuki to train as assassins, despite their lack of interest. Instead of honing their skills, they played with the weapons Natsuki had created. Natsuki had already planned to escape and pursue a career as a professional weapons creator by designing an invisibility suit.
When their father discovered Natsuki’s time spent on crafting weapons, he was furious. He wanted Natsuki to join the Order and uphold the family name. He then turned his attention to Mafuyu, deciding to send him to a dubious facility for children run by the JAA, in hopes of grooming him to become an Order member.

After graduating from JCC, Natsuki made the decision to infiltrate the facility in order to save his brother. Meanwhile, Mafuyu was determined to join the Order before his brother to ensure his protection.
What to expect from the upcoming Sakamoto Days chapter 146
Meanwhile, Shin protected Mafuyu from Osaragi. Out of nowhere, a freezing bomb detonated, causing Osaragi to freeze instantly. In the last scene, Natsuki emerged wearing a complete invisibility suit.

Sakamoto Days chapter 146 will reveal whether Natsuki successfully rescues Mafuyu from the assassin’s stronghold, especially now that members of the Order are involved. As Mafuyu reunites with his older brother, he may reconsider his mission to assassinate Asaki.
In a potential twist, the brothers may unite to overthrow the Order and Asaki, especially since Mafuyu still has a bomb implanted in his body. Additionally, Toramaru, who has been absent in recent chapters, may make a comeback in Sakamoto Days chapter 146.
Editor's P/S
I am really excited for the release of Sakamoto Days chapter 146. The previous chapter left us with a lot of unanswered questions, and I can't wait to see what happens next. I'm especially curious to see how Mafuyu and Natsuki's relationship develops. They have a lot of history together, and it will be interesting to see how they work together to overcome their current challenges.
I'm also excited to see how the story progresses. The Order is a powerful organization, and it will be interesting to see how Sakamoto and his friends are able to take them down. I'm also curious to see what role Shin will play in the upcoming conflict. He's a powerful ally, but he's also a bit of a wild card. I'm not sure what to expect from him, but I'm sure he'll make things interesting.
