Release date and time of Sakamoto Days chapter 136
In the preceding chapter, it was revealed that Sakamoto and Nagumo were once faced with a severe predicament during a mission alongside Hyo. Straying from the designated path, they soon found themselves surrounded by adversaries. During a heated debate between Sakamoto and Nagumo on who should take on the role of a decoy to aid the rest of the team's escape, Kamihate, positioned four kilometers away, skillfully eliminated all of their foes with precise sniping.
Sakamoto quickly identified Kamihate as the sniper targeting them in the present moment. Realizing that Kamihate had a remarkable accuracy range of eight kilometers, Sakamoto decided against seeking cover. This was because Kamihate, renowned for holding the Guinness World Record for the longest sniping distance, was recognized as one of the hundred most influential assassins worldwide and happened to be the only Japanese among them.
Taking advantage of the situation, Sakamoto cleverly held up a photograph of a popular news weather lady, effectively creating a distraction and buying his companions some precious time. Kamihate, being particularly fond of weather ladies due to the importance of weather information for a sniper, ended up missing the shot.
Sakamoto unveiled his strategy to conquer Kamihate and secure the exhibition ticket while en route to Kamihate's whereabouts. Unfortunately, he sustained a gunshot wound to his right arm along the way. Just as the situation appeared to deteriorate, Heisuke came to their aid and fired a shot into Kamihate's room. Heisuke reassured Sakamoto's group that he would handle Kamihate single-handedly.

A quick summary of Sakamoto Days chapter 135
In a humorous twist, the climactic scene in the manga portrayed Kamihate's gun shaking uncontrollably. It was then unveiled that his fear of the outside world stemmed from Heisuke's unexpected attack, despite Kamihate's lack of malicious intent.
In Sakamoto Days chapter 136, readers can anticipate an intriguing confrontation between Heisuke and Kamihate. While Kamihate holds no personal vendetta against Heisuke, he is now more likely to strike back after being assaulted.
Kamihate, a highly esteemed sniper of the Order, is known for his exceptional accuracy and rarely failing to hit his targets. However, Heisuke possesses not only sharp shooting skills but also the extraordinary talent to hit his marks by bouncing his bullets off surfaces. This unexpected element has the potential to disadvantage even a skilled shooter like Kamihate. Meanwhile, instead of remaining a mere observer, Sakamoto may also be planning a decisive action.
