Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney's Hilarious Recreation of a Famous Wham! Cover

This Christmas, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are sharing a special gift with their fans. As friends and business partners, they co-own the UK soccer team Wrexham, and recently paid homage to "Wham" by recreating album covers that featured them styled as George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley.

The caption on McElhenney's Instagram photos exclaims "WREXHAM!" The first photo, framed like Wham's "Last Christmas" cover, is in black and white.

In the second photo, which is in color, the two men recreate the look from Whams 1983 "Fantastic" album cover.

The pair also recreated the "Fantastic" album cover.

Reynolds and the actor from "Game of Thrones" clearly have a similar sense of humor as seen in the photos shared on his Instastories. In April, Wrexham AFC achieved a significant victory when the Welsh soccer team defeated National League title rivals Notts County 3-2 in a highly celebrated match.

One week before the anniversary of George Michael's passing, a photo tribute has been released. The iconic artist, known for his success as one half of Wham and later as a solo performer, was found deceased at his home in Oxfordshire on Christmas Day in 2016 at the age of 53. An autopsy confirmed that Michael's death was due to natural causes.
