Julianne Moore and Natalie Portman, both Oscar winners, made an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, where they participated in the "Clubhouse Playhouse" segment. They portrayed the characters Monica Garcia and Lisa Barlow from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City and recreated a recent episode's sound bath fight. The stars' appearance garnered attention from the RHOSLC cast.
Garcia exclaimed, "OMG. Seriously, stop!" in response to WWHL's Instagram video featuring Moore and Portman reenacting the scene. Barlow chimed in, "Absolutely iconic." Portman flawlessly embodied Barlow's mannerisms and voice as she and Moore recreated the dialogue from the famous fight that occurred at Whitney Rose's Prism jewelry party.
Moore made an effort to imitate Garcia's rhythm, drawing out different words during the fight.
Fans of Bravo quickly lauded the actresses' portrayals, sharing the video on X (formerly Twitter) and even petitioning the Academy to award Moore and Portman with their second Oscars.
Two OSCAR WINNERS in Clubhouse Playhouse? This show is truly a blessing,” commented one fan. Another viewer chimed in, “This is a defining moment in our culture.”
Another fan described the moment as a "dream crossover." Moore and Portman made an appearance on WWHL following the release of their new movie, May December, on Netflix on Friday, December 1.
The film depicts the challenges faced by a couple dealing with a contentious age difference, drawing inspiration from the scandalous relationship between Mary Kay Letourneau and her student Vili Fualaau, who is 22 years younger than her.

"She's not the most ethically upright researcher," Portman explained to Entertainment Weekly when discussing her character in a recent interview. "There's this uncertainty and potential harm concerning whether art can be amoral. When you delve into the realm that her movie is exploring, attempting to understand and empathize with someone who's committing a crime, it raises questions about the impact on oneself. How does it influence your moral compass and ethics? Can art truly be immoral? Can you portray a crime without inadvertently promoting or exploiting it?"
