Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19 kicked off with Ibara's shock at discovering that Senku was alive and no longer petrified. Senku revealed that his survival was so that he could get his hands on the Medusa Device for himself. The scene then shifted to a flashback, showing Senku devising a plan to counter Ibara's attack as Oarashi made a dash for the center of Treasure Island.
During the commotion, Chrome reminded Senku that the Petrification Beam moved at a constant speed, leading Senku to instruct the group to line up equidistant from each other. Ryusui and Chrome then directed the others to stand five meters apart and raise their hands to signal when the Petrification Beam reached their fingertips.
Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19 revealed Senku's clever tactic to outsmart Ibara's attack. While in the back of the line, he carefully calculated the speed of the Petrification beam, determined the perfect timing, location, and speed to throw the Revival Fluid, ensuring his own successful un-petrification once the beam reached him.

As the light envelops him, he tosses the Revival Fluid into the air, causing it to make contact with his body and reverse his petrification as the stone encasement recedes from his form. When the light fades, Senku is revealed to be completely unpetrified, a result of his meticulous calculations and the joint efforts of the other Kingdom of Science members.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19, Senku sets a trap for Ibara after exchanging high-fives with the statues of his now-petrified friends. The flashback concludes, bringing viewers back to the episode's initial moments. Senku explains to Ibara that his excitement over the Medusa Device prevented him from succumbing to petrification.
Senku then revealed that he had also created a self-driving car, leaping from the cliff above onto a wire that caused the mobile lab to race into Ibara and knock him down. With the Medusa Device at stake, Senku dashed towards it and seized it, only to realize that he had lost sight of Ibara.

In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19, Ibara stabs Senku in the shoulder and reclaims the Medusa Device, but Senku uses the opportunity to escape and devise a new plan. Despite Ibara's confidence in his victory, Senku launches vials of acid from nearby trees, only for Ibara to easily neutralize them, leaving Senku with no more weapons. Ibara then corners Senku on a nearby cliff and calls his bluff about using a cellphone as a weapon, emphasizing his own caution.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19, Ibara activated the Medusa Device and threw it into the air at Senku. As Ibara heard a howling sound, he attributed it to the nearby cliff. It was then revealed that Senku not only threw the bottles of acid at Ibara, but also tossed a jar of Revival Fluid at Ryusui Nanami, who quickly grasped the situation.

Senku signaled Ryusui to wait with a tap on his communication earring. Once at the cliffs, Ryusui operated the drone while Senku instructed him to wait for his signal. As the drone flew towards Ibara, he latched onto it using his clothing, initiating a struggle between him, Senku and Ryusui.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 19, Ibara revealed that he had been pretending to lose. He emphasized his cautious nature and framed the situation as a test of wit. However, Senku and Ryusui outsmarted Ibara by letting go of their rope just as the Medusa Device activated.
Surprisingly, Ibara retaliated by tossing his hat and lecturing them on the vulnerability of those who believe themselves to be clever in their final moments. As he turned to stone, Ryusui rushed towards him, causing his statue to topple and crush at Ibara's feet. Initially celebrating, Ibara's laughter ceased when he discovered that Ryusui had successfully attached the communication earring to the Medusa Device.
In the latest installment of Dr. Stone, season 3 episode 19, Senku brilliantly outwits Ibara by activating the Medusa Device with a cleverly disguised earring, turning the tables and petrifying his foe. With Ibara neutralized, Senku seizes the Medusa Device and triumphantly celebrates his success. As he traverses Treasure Island, he takes stock of the unfortunate individuals who fell victim to Ibara's power-hungry rampage.

As night descended, Senku realized that he was once again alone, reminiscing about the moment he first awoke by himself. However, just then, his cell phone rang with a call from Ruri and the others at Ishigami Village. She inquired about his situation on Treasure Island, prompting him to reply that this time he wasn't alone after all, as the episode came to a close.
