The episode kicks off with the creation of nitric acid using the remarkable Infinite Revival Fluid machine, obtained from the platinum and gold dust discovered by Kohaku. Subsequently, Senku formally declares the commencement of the Kingdom of Science's retaliatory strike against the Petrification Kingdom.
Gen Asagiri inquired about the possibility of acquiring guns, but Senku deemed it too challenging given their present circumstances. Senku explained that their current priority was to save Kaseki by utilizing the initial supply of revival fluid, as they required his expertise in constructing a drone. However, they made a distressing discovery that the soldiers from the Petrification Kingdom were disposing of their petrified comrades' bodies into the water.
In episode 12 of Season 3 of Dr. Stone, Soyuz emphasized the urgency of retrieving their friends' bodies before the ocean currents carried them away. The team led by Senku concluded that Ryusui Nanami should be revived first, only to find that he had already been taken off the ship at that very moment. Ibara subsequently transported Ryusui's statue to his castle and ordered the women present to destroy it as a means to demonstrate their loyalty and establish their innocence from any treasonous acts.

In a moment of frustration, Kohaku's temper started to rise, but Ginro calmly reassured her that they had the ability to repair any damage that might occur. With a communication device in Kohaku's ear, Senku comfortingly told her not to be overly concerned, as he had a devised plan to handle the situation. Without hesitation, Kohaku forcefully tore apart Ryusui's form using only her bare hands, reducing him to an unrecognizable heap of debris.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 12, Amaryllis diligently cleared the debris while Kohaku whispered about being careful with her movements. Kohaku and the others utilized the Mini Mice Mobiles to transport the fragments of Ryusui's statue to Senku's team. Eventually, with the help of the nitric acid they had created, Senku's team successfully reconstructed Ryusui's statue, reviving him.
Upon awakening, Ryusui immediately realized the importance of finding Kaseki. However, he first praised Suika for her survival and the significant contributions she had made. Senku's team became aware that the Perseus was still heavily guarded, leading them to decide that it was the perfect opportunity for Soyuz and Ryusui to dive and search for Kaseki.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 12, Ryusui once again escapes death (Image via TMS Entertainment). However, their journey to the seafloor takes a toll on their breath. Determined to overcome this obstacle, Senku proposes the idea of creating scuba gear. With this in mind, the team returns to the mobile lab and begins dismantling it, repurposing its components for the crucial oxygen tanks.
Senku assured that although the tanks would eventually fail, they would still serve their purpose for short-term search-and-rescue operations. To facilitate this, Senku dismantled the engine of the mobile lab to create a pump for the oxygen tanks. He assured Kaseki that restoring the lab would be a simple task once he is revived.
In episode 12 of Dr. Stone season 3, the group took turns using a homemade pump to fill the tanks, distributing the labor among them to prevent overexertion. Unfortunately, several hours later, the air pump exploded after successfully filling the first tank. The group then repeated the process offscreen, making it easier for Soyuz and Ryusui to retrieve Kaseki's statue fragments underwater.
Senku then disclosed that the duo had a mere 10 minutes of oxygen left for their diving mission, emphasizing the importance of time. In response, Ryusui silently lamented the brevity of the time frame, while Soyuz’s acute observation skills led him to Kaseki's likely location. Together, they made their way towards that direction, eventually discovering not just Kaseki, but also the rest of the members from the Kingdom of Science.
In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 12, Ryusui and Soyuz cleverly utilized inflatable fake jellyfish to indicate to Senku's team that they had located everyone. Despite their efforts, they struggled to extract Kaseki's statue from the sand, realizing that their physical strength alone wouldn't suffice within the limited time they had.
Realizing the urgency of the situation, Ryusui resorted to using Morse code via the rescue line, requesting revival fluid to awaken someone. With the last of his oxygen, Ryusui ingeniously created a small air pocket to revive Taiju. This ensured that the revival fluid reached Taiju instead of being wasted in the surrounding water.
