Prince William attended the funeral service for Thomas Kingston on his own. The service took place at the Chapel Royal in St. James's Palace in London on Tuesday, March 12. Thomas Kingston, who passed away at the age of 45 last month, was honored in a private ceremony.
Approximately 140 family and friends came together to attend the funeral of Kingston, who was the late husband of Lady Gabriella, the second cousin of King Charles III.
Charles, aged 75, did not attend the funeral as he is reducing his public appearances due to his recent cancer diagnosis. Queen Camilla was also absent as she had a prior commitment at Buckingham Palace.
Kingston, who used to date Pippa Middleton, the sister of Princess Kate Middleton, was discovered deceased at his parents' home in the Cotswolds on February 25.

The funeral was the most recent public appearance for William without his wife, who was Princess of Wales at 42 years old, by his side. She had undergone abdominal surgery on January 16.
