Although nothing is confirmed, sources say that Marvel is contemplating the possibility of bringing back Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, both of whom met their demise in Avengers: Endgame. While resurrecting characters is common in the comic book world due to the multiverse and timelines, Marvel has not yet made a definite decision. Downey Jr.'s fee for his portrayal of Iron Man in the MCU is known to be $20 million or more, according to Variety.
