Highlights
PlayStation Support has predicted the release date of November 6, 2023, for Omni-Man's inclusion in Mortal Kombat 1, based on recent leaks. This lends credibility to the accuracy of the other leaked release dates.
Take any leaked release dates for other DLC characters in Mortal Kombat 1 with caution.
The early access release date for Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1 has surfaced online, aligning with a previous leak regarding the release dates for DLC characters. Just like previous Mortal Kombat games, Mortal Kombat 1's initial launch is just the starting point. NetherRealm intends to provide ongoing support for Mortal Kombat 1 through updates and paid DLC, which will include the addition of six characters as part of Kombat Pack 1.
The Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack 1 will include a combination of guest characters and original fighters, staying true to the series' tradition for over a decade. The first DLC character for Mortal Kombat 1 will be Invincible's Omni-Man, with a tentative release in November 2023. Following Omni-Man, players can expect Quan Chi in Winter 2023/2024, followed by Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander, and Takeda Takahashi.
As of now, official information only provides release windows for the MK1 DLC characters, without specific dates. However, the Xbox Store recently leaked that the early access release date for Mortal Kombat 1 Omni-Man is November 6, aligning with a potential leak from PlayStation Support. Quan Chi's availability is expected on December 18, while Peacemaker will join the Mortal Kombat 1 roster on February 4. Ermac is anticipated to join on March 5, with Homelander scheduled for May 13. Lastly, Takeda Takahashi, the final DLC character, will supposedly arrive on July 1. It is important to approach these dates with caution, as they may not be reliable. Some of the dates fall on unusual days for video game content releases (typically Tuesdays and Fridays), and the distant timeline raises doubts.

Only time will reveal the accuracy of these release dates for the DLC characters in Mortal Kombat 1. Fans eagerly await confirmation on the validity of other leaks surrounding Mortal Kombat 1. If these leaks prove to be true, NetherRealm is working on a second Kombat Pack that will emulate the success of Kombat Pack 1, featuring three iconic Mortal Kombat characters and three guest fighters.
