Paris Hilton shocked the world with the unexpected introduction of her daughter, London, catching even her family off guard. Speaking on the November 27th episode of Live With Kelly and Mark, Hilton, 42, shared the surprising moment when she and her husband Carter Reum revealed their baby girl to their loved ones. "I'm overjoyed," she shared. "I just feel like my life is finally whole, and I'm filled with peace, excitement, and gratitude for everything in my life."
Hilton shared about her "incredible" Thanksgiving, revealing that she and Reum brought together their family and friends for a "surprise" before the meal.
"Everyone thought a magician was going to perform," she explained. "So everyone was really excited. But then I walked in holding a pink blanket with a baby, and everyone was like, 'What?!'"
"Hilton's family 'couldn't believe' their eyes, which made the holiday that much more special," she added. "It was the best Thanksgiving I've ever had in my life."

Hilton made her London’s debut on Instagram on Thursday, November 23, posting a photo of a cute pink baby outfit and writing, “Thankful for my baby girl.” Two days later, she shared a picture of her and son Phoenix, 10 months, standing in front of a pink Christmas tree to celebrate baby girl London, saying, “I love my babies sooo much!!.”
Reum and Hilton got married in November 2021 after more than two years of dating. They welcomed Phoenix via surrogate in January. Hilton captioned her son's Instagram debut with, "You are already loved beyond words."
On Monday, Hilton revealed that Phoenix is already adapting to his role as a big brother. She told Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, "I'm hoping they're just one grade apart. I want the big brother to be watching after the little sister at school. That was the plan... He is so gentle and sweet with her. It's adorable."

Hilton was open about her desire to expand her family before becoming a mother. She shared in August 2021 that she had chosen to freeze her eggs during the COVID-19 pandemic. "I was at home the whole time and I have tons of eggs ready, embryos, and I'm just so happy that Carter and I decided to do that literally, like, six months into our relationship," she said in an interview with Tamron Hall. "We knew we were forever right away."
According to a source, the couple had always wanted a little girl. After the birth of London, Hilton and her husband are thrilled to be a family of four. The insider added that it's a dream come true for the whole family.
