In the Mugler spring/summer 2024 show during Paris Fashion Week on Monday, October 2, the 65-year-old actress confidently made her debut on the runway. Bassett effortlessly showcased her style, wearing a black sheer tunic dress over a plunging frock. Complementing her outfit were mesh pointed-toe pumps and an elegant updo. Bassett completed her look with a striking smokey eye, bold lashes, and a vibrant purple lip.
Not only Bassett, but Paris Hilton also made a surprising appearance on the runway. Hilton, 42, caught everyone's attention with her bold choice of a mini dress with squared shoulders and thigh-high slits. Like Bassett, she had her hair pulled back and wore striking eye makeup. Hilton completed her look with pointed heels and carried a black leather shoulder bag.
After the show, Hilton expressed her excitement on Instagram, sharing, "I can't believe I had the opportunity to walk the runway for @MuglerOfficial at #PFW. It's a dream come true! Thank you @Cadwallader for including me in this incredible night. Congratulations on another amazing collection!"

Joining the lineup of Mugler models were Irina Shayk, Helena Christensen, Amber Valletta, and Paloma Elsesser. They gracefully flaunted their figures in chic black ensembles that highlighted their statuesque beauty and featured impeccable details.
Casey Cadwallader, Mugler's creative director, shared insights into the capsule collection, expressing his desire to elevate it further by incorporating elements of evening wear, fluidity, and silk.
Mugler has previously enlisted the help of renowned Hollywood figures referred to as "It Girls" to showcase their fresh designs. In the spring/summer 2021 preview, models included Dominique Jackson from Pose and Hunter Schafer from Euphoria.

Schafer, a 24-year-old, has recently been crowned as the face of Mugler's Angel Elixir fragrance. Described by the prestigious brand as a "contemporary embodiment of femininity," Schafer's unwavering strength, forward-looking image, and insightful perspective on the world she occupies make her a rising star to keep an eye on.
The release stated that Mugler wanted to showcase Schafer as a star in their own unique universe, encouraging women to go beyond their limits. Schafer expressed her admiration for the brand, mentioning her long-standing love for Mugler runway shows. She also expressed excitement about collaborating with Casey and the entire Mugler team for the revitalization of their iconic fragrance.
The fragrance is a revamped rendition of the Angel collection from the brand, presenting a captivating combination of woodsy, floral, and dessert-like aromas housed in the iconic star-shaped bottle. The retail price for this item is $185.
