Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum welcomed a new addition to their family as they celebrated Thanksgiving. Hilton, 42, expressed her gratitude for their baby girl in an Instagram post on Thursday, November 23, revealing that they have named their daughter London.
Hilton posted a picture of a pink two-piece ensemble with "London" embroidered on the front, along with a stuffed animal and pink heart-shaped sunglasses. The Simple Life star also announced the arrival of her baby girl in a TikTok video during her family's Thanksgiving gathering.
“You have two babies?” her nephew asked during Thursday’s video. Hilton responded, “I have two babies.”

The comments section was flooded with excitement as a fan exclaimed, "OMG ANOTHER BABY!!!! A GIRL! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!" Hilton happily responded, "My princess has arrived!!." Earlier this year, Hilton also surprised fans by announcing the birth of her and Reum's first child, a son named Phoenix.
She captioned an Instagram post on January 24 with the words "You are already loved beyond words," showing the little one's hand holding hers. She also featured Phoenix in several Instagram Story posts on Thursday, calling him a "big brother" after London's arrival.
"I adore you, my angel," she whispered. "Are you the big brother now? Will you watch over your little sister?"
Hilton and the venture capitalist got married in November 2021 after dating for over two years. Hilton had previously shared with her fans that she planned to wait until after marriage to start trying for a baby.
During an interview on the “Trend Report With Mara” podcast in January 2021, she expressed her belief that having a family and children is the essence of life. She admitted to not feeling that anyone had been deserving of her love until meeting her current partner. Hilton mentioned that she and Reum were exploring the IVF process, sharing that she learned about the option of choosing twins from Kim Kardashian. Hilton was previously unaware of this possibility, as Kardashian herself had used surrogacy to welcome two of her four children with Kanye West.
During the coronavirus pandemic, Hilton revealed to Tamron Hall that she was thrilled with her decision to freeze her eggs. She shared her excitement about having plenty of eggs and embryos ready, expressing gratitude for making the decision with her partner, Carter, early on in their relationship. The "Stars Are Blind" singer gushed about knowing they were meant to be together from the start in August 2021.

Hilton was open about her wish to begin a family, and her sister Nicky Hilton was fully supportive. "I believe she will make a wonderful mother. If her care for her dogs is anything to go by, her children will be very loved," said Nicky, 40, in an exclusive interview with Us in December 2021. "I think this is something she has desired for some time."
Nicky and her husband James Rothschild have three children together: daughters Lily-Grace, 7, Teddy, 5, and a son born in July 2022. When Paris was preparing for her wedding, Nicky offered some expert advice.

“I told her that marriage is about compromise,” she told Us. “It’s about meeting in the middle and being best friends and really just enjoying each other on this crazy ride.”
Reum had already become a father before marrying Paris. He has a daughter with Laura Bellizzi, a former cast member of Secrets of Aspen. According to his spokesperson in November 2021, they do not have a conventional father-daughter relationship. Nonetheless, he has been providing for her since her birth and will continue to do so.
