The couple kicked off their whirlwind romance in November 2019 after Hilton called off her engagement to Chris Zylka one year prior.
"I'm overjoyed," she shared with We in February 2020. "This is the happiest I've ever been."
Hilton was instantly captivated by Reum and wasted no time endearing himself to the entire family. In February 2021, she marked the occasion with a heartfelt tribute to her fiancé.
"On Instagram, she shared, "Finding your soulmate isn't just a knowing, it's a feeling. I said yes to forever with the one I want to spend eternity with." Hilton had previously expressed her desire to start a family before the proposal.
On an episode of the “Trend Reporter With Mara” podcast in January 2021, she expressed, “I believe that the true meaning of life lies in having a family and raising children. I have yet to experience this because I haven't found anyone worthy of that love from me. Now, I have finally found the person who is deserving, and I am looking forward to taking that next step.”

The couple got married in November 2021 and have since welcomed new additions to their family. Hilton and Reum celebrated the arrival of their son, Phoenix, in January 2023 and their daughter, London, in November 2023.

She added, "I haven't had the opportunity to experience that yet because I haven't felt that anybody truly deserved my love, but now I've found the person who does, and I'm excited for the next steps."
