As mentioned before, Urdr-Hunt is a spin-off of the popular anime series Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. It is interesting to note that Iron-Blooded Orphans was initially released as a TV anime in the year 2015. The official Gundam wiki provides the following description of the plot for Urdr-Hunt:
In the year P.D. 323, Gjallarhorn's political interference in Arbrau reached a boiling point, eventually leading to an armed conflict. However, thanks to Tekkadan's intervention, the conflict eventually came to an end. Meanwhile, in the Radonitsa Colony near Venus, a young man named Wistario Afam became aware of Tekkadan's notable accomplishments.
Venus, initially defeated by Mars in the competition for colony development, is an isolated planet that holds little appeal to the four economic biocs. It currently serves as a penal colony for criminals, a place where its residents don't even possess identification. Wistario, driven to alter the prevailing conditions of his homeland, crosses paths with a girl who asserts herself as the guide to the "Urdr-Hunt." Stay tuned for further anime news and manga updates throughout 2023.
