Zach Shallcross and his fiancée Kaity Biggar recently made a major commitment by purchasing a new house together. Kaity, 29, excitedly announced the news on her Instagram Stories, sharing a glimpse of their charming two-story home. The house is a beautiful white color with a sleek black roof and stylish black accents.
The couple from season 27 of The Bachelor live together in Austin, Texas, and Shallcross, 27, also frequently visits his home state of California. Shallcross proposed to Biggar during the season 27 finale of The Bachelor, which aired in early 2023. They quickly moved in together, and Biggar announced on Instagram in July 2023 that they were now "officially roommates."

The couple found that moving in together was a fantastic decision, and Biggar couldn't help but express her excitement about it through her Instagram Stories in October 2023.
"Our bond has definitely deepened since we started living together," Biggar shared with fans during a Q&A. "We enjoy watching movies, waking up, doing activities, cooking, and cleaning together."
While Shallcross and Biggar are aiming for a wedding in 2025, they are taking their time and not in a hurry to tie the knot.
"We have been asked this question numerous times. Our plan is to still get married in 2025, although we haven't made any definite arrangements yet. Right now, we are simply savoring this chapter of our relationship," Biggar shared with her followers, hinting at the possibility of having the wedding in her home country of Canada. "We have considered having a destination wedding and are open to new ideas and environments, such as Canada, but nothing is set in stone."
Biggar stood out as a contestant during Shallcross' season, quickly catching his eye.
“She is a person who immediately caught my attention and is someone who consistently demonstrates and radiates kindness and compassion towards everyone," the former leading man told We of the nurse in February 2023. "She simply has a way of brightening up a room.”

Their relationship progressed through the weeks, and Shallcross eventually popped the question during the finale.
"Kaity Lane, I can no longer say that I'm falling in love with you, because I am so deeply in love with you. You are my world," he declared as he proposed. "The love I have for you is beyond anything I ever imagined, and for so long, I never thought I would be worthy of such love. I love you more than words can express, with all of my heart. Waking up to your face is all I want. I want to spend my life with you and only you. Kaity, I want to be with you for all eternity. You are the only one I want by my side."
