According to a reliable source, Brighton values Caicedo at a similar level as Declan Rice, who is soon to join Arsenal, and expects to receive around £100m for his transfer.

Chelsea are reportedly optimistic about the possibility of Caicedo joining their club, provided an agreement can be reached between the two clubs. It is believed that personal terms will not pose a hurdle. In January, Chelsea expressed their interest in signing the Ecuador international, while Arsenal had two unsuccessful bids.
