Mindy Kaling and her daughter had an unforgettable experience at a Taylor Swift concert in Los Angeles. Sharing her gratitude on Instagram, Kaling expressed her thanks to @sofi and @taylorswift for giving her daughter, Kit, the best first concert ever. Throughout the night, Kit made new friends and had the joy of hearing her favorite Taylor song, 'Cruel Summer,' live. The evening was truly magical for them.
Kaling posted photos of her night out with her 5-year-old daughter, Katherine, who is known as Kit. In the pictures, Kit can be seen dancing to the music while wearing a floral dress and bright blue noise-canceling headphones.
Along with the cute photos, Kaling also shared a few videos from the concert. One of the clips shows Kit eagerly exchanging friendship bracelets with another fan. In the second video, Kaling, who is also a mother to her 2-year-old son Spencer, showed off their view of Taylor Swift's performance.

While it was the debut concert for Kaling's daughter, it marked the second time for the Office alum as she had previously attended Swift's performances at SoFi Stadium. (Swift, 33, has a grand total of six sold-out shows scheduled at the Los Angeles stadium.)
"The LA Eras tour's first night was absolutely incredible! @haimtheband dominated their hometown and @taylorswift amazed us with her dazzling performance. We were among the 70,000 fans who knew all the lyrics to her five-hour long set," she shared on Instagram on August 4. "There were too many amazing moments to pick just one. Trust me, you wouldn't want to see the video @katelinden took of me passionately singing along to 'Delicate.'"
Swift's renowned show has attracted numerous celebrities throughout her tour. Kaling is just one of the many A-list parents who have brought their children to enjoy Swift's performances. Blake Lively, Channing Tatum, Max Greenfield, Jennie Garth, Jessica Alba, and other stars have also attended the concerts with their families.
Tatum, 43, wore a self-made ensemble during one of the concerts in Los Angeles, where he shares daughter Everly with his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan. His black T-shirt humorously displayed the words "It's me, hi. I'm the daddy," a playful nod to Swift's lyrics in "Anti-Hero." Tatum and his daughter also exchanged friendship bracelets with fellow concert-goers.
