A Reddit user named SammerSouls shared an image from God of War Ragnarok showcasing a bug in which Atreus' leg appears to be turned 180 degrees upward. The image reveals that his leg is clipping through his body, and Atreus appears to be completely shocked based on his facial expression. This peculiar bug is likely not a major issue and can potentially resolve itself or be fixed by reloading a previous save.
It seems that SammerSouls is not the only one encountering this bug, as another user in the comments section claims to have experienced it as well while playing God of War Ragnarok. Other fans take the opportunity to make jokes about Atreus' shape-shifting abilities in the game, with one person humorously suggesting that he's transforming into a flamingo. According to one fan, God of War Ragnarok is known for having quite a few bugs, including instances of floating boats. Developer Santa Monica Studio has released multiple updates for God of War Ragnarok, addressing bugs and implementing improvements. The most recent update, patch 4.02, was released in April 2023 and aimed to fix glitches in various aspects of the game, such as audio, combat, and UI. Additionally, the update resolved an issue that prevented players from earning a specific trophy. Some fixes in the patch were specific to the PS4 version of the game.
