Jason Oppenheim's former girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk has found a new partner just one month after breaking up with the Selling Sunset star. The 25-year-old model subtly hinted at her new relationship during an Instagram Q&A on Sunday, July 2. When asked about having a boyfriend, Nurk responded, "Something amazing happened when I least anticipated it."
Nurk and Oppenheim, both 46 years old, announced their breakup in May. Their relationship first made headlines in July 2022 when they were seen enjoying a romantic vacation in Greece.
According to a source, the Netflix personality was reported to be "very content and in a positive state" following his split from Chrishell Stause in December 2021. In the meantime, Stause, a 41-year-old former soap star, has gotten married to her partner G Flip. On season 6 of Selling Sunset, Stause criticized Oppenheim for dating other women soon after their separation.

"I felt deeply wounded by the breakup and was still trying to process my emotions, while he seemed to be moving on easily through the Sunset Strip. During the reunion, it seemed like I was talking about starting a new relationship, while Jason was clearly hurting," Stause expressed on the recently released episodes, available for streaming since May. "He had been involved with numerous people whom he didn't bother to contact the next day. For instance, Alyssa with three S's just left at 6 a.m. This is simply unfair."
Meanwhile, Nurk appeared repeatedly throughout the season, but hurt Stause by excluding her when discussing the agents on social media.
"I have a strong admiration for certain members of the cast," Nurk expressed through Instagram, specifically mentioning Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, Chelsea Lazkani, and the new addition, Nicole Young from season 6. "Mary, in particular, is incredibly kind. Amanza possesses a great sense of humor and intelligence. Chelsea is both intelligent and humorous. I truly cherish them as individuals. Nicole, on the other hand, has an exceptional capacity for empathy. She is a dear friend of mine. As for the others... well, they're alright. You'll have to tune in to season 7."
Later in the same month, Oppenheim and Nurk confirmed their separation.
"We acknowledge our deep love and affection for one another, however, the considerable physical separation has posed an insurmountable obstacle," stated the couple in a unified declaration on Instagram in May. "We maintain a close bond as friends, maintaining regular communication and providing unwavering support, with both of us genuinely wishing nothing but the utmost happiness for each other. We extend our gratitude to all those who have stood by us during our relationship."
