Irving praised the Mavericks' teamwork and attention to detail as they managed to steal home-court advantage, contributing 23 points, six rebounds, three assists, and three steals in the game.

"Just remember to stay calm and accept that mistakes are part of the game, especially in a playoff game," he mentioned during the Mavs broadcast. "These games usually have low scores, so we need to stay strong and keep fighting until the end.
"This is what teamwork is all about. Championships and victories are achieved by teams working together, so we need to focus on doing the right things and supporting each other in a positive way."
The Clippers had strong performances from Harden and Paul George, who scored 22 points each. Kawhi Leonard, returning from knee inflammation, contributed 15 points.
Speaking to ESPN, Leonard expressed feeling good about his performance. He acknowledged the need for more games to play and time to improve, emphasizing the importance of finding his rhythm again.
The teams now head to Dallas for the first of two games on Friday night.
