Love Stories of 'Jersey Shore' Celebrities: From Snooki to Pauly D

When Jersey Shore first aired on MTV in 2009, audiences were introduced to the lives of eight housemates from New Jersey. Many fans have continued to follow the group since then.

One of the main storylines of the show was the tumultuous relationship between Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. Despite their frequent fights and breakups, Giancola and Ortiz-Magro managed to stay together when the series ended in 2012.

Less than two years later, Ortiz-Magro confirmed that he and Sammi had broken up for good. In August 2014, he exclusively told We, "Me and Sammi aren't together anymore. We just grew apart. She's still a great person. I love her and care about her, but we decided to go our separate ways. That's it."

Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's relationship was a major storyline as they navigated through ups and downs. Despite many fights and breakups, they managed to stay together when the series ended in 2012.

However, less than two years later, Ortiz-Magro revealed that they had split for good. In August 2014, he shared exclusively with We, "Me and Sammi aren't together anymore. We just grew apart. She's still a wonderful person. I have love and care for her, but we had to go our separate ways. That's all."

Paul 'Pauly D' DelVecchio

The professional DJ had a relationship with his costar Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi during season 1 of the MTV series.

In 2013, DelVecchio announced that Amanda Markert had their daughter, Amabella Sophia. Following his appearance on E!'s Famously Single, DelVecchio dated Aubrey O'Day on and off from 2015 to 2017.

The TV personality has been in a relationship with Nikki Hall since 2020 after she appeared on two seasons of MTV's A Double Shot at Love.

Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi

Polizzi shared her engagement to Jionni LaValle in 2012 after showing their relationship on screen. They got married in November 2014.

They have three children together: Lorenzo (born in 2012), Giovanna (born in 2014), and Angelo (born in 2019).

Before joining Jersey Shore, Mike Sorrentino was in a relationship with his college sweetheart, Lauren Sorrentino (formerly Lauren Pesce). After dating for four years, they decided to break up. However, they later got back together, and in 2018, Mike and Lauren announced their engagement. They tied the knot later that same year.

Mike and Lauren share three children: son Romeo, born in 2021, and daughters Mia and Luna, born in 2023 and 2024, respectively.

Giancola first shared her relationship with costar Ortiz-Magro during the airing of Jersey Shore from 2009 to 2012. After their breakup in 2014, she chose not to join the cast for Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. However, she made a return for season 6 in the summer of 2023.

In 2020, Giancola announced her engagement to Christian Biscardi after dating for two years. Unfortunately, in July of the same year, she revealed that they had decided to part ways. Shortly after, she found love again with Justin May, and the couple got engaged in March 2024.

During his time on Jersey Shore, Ortiz-Magro's tumultuous relationship with Giancola was a major topic of conversation on and off screen. They called it quits for good in 2014.

Before the premiere of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation in April 2018, Ortiz-Magro entered into a tumultuous relationship with Jen Harley, with whom he shares a daughter named Ariana (born in April 2018).

In 2020, amidst legal troubles, the reality star began dating Saffire Matos. The couple got engaged in June 2021 but unfortunately decided to end their relationship and call off the engagement the following July.

Jenni 'JWoww' Farley

Jenni 'JWoww' Farley began dating Tom Lippolis during season 1 of Jersey Shore. However, they eventually broke up. Later on, while filming season 3, she crossed paths with Roger Mathews. Their relationship blossomed, leading to an engagement on her spinoff show Snooki & JWoww. After five years of dating, they tied the knot in 2015.

Farley, a former participant of Marriage Boot Camp, filed for divorce from Mathews in September 2018. She has two children with him, daughter Meilani and son Greyson. Farley has now found love with Zack Carpinello, who is nine years her junior. The couple happily announced their engagement in March 2021.

Vinny Guadagnino

Guadagnino dated Melanie Iglesias from 2012 to 2014, right after Jersey Shore ended.

Afterwards, he was connected to Elicea Shyann, Francesca Farago, and Maria Elizondo during his time on The Masked Dancer.

Viewers have also watched Guadagnino hookup with costars Polizzi and Angelina Pivarnick.

Angelina Pivarnick

Pivarnick tied the knot with Chris Larangeira in November 2019. However, in January 2021, she filed for divorce, which was later dismissed.

The couple split once more in January of the following year, with Larangeira filing for divorce a second time. Their split was finalized in 2022.

Pivarnick announced that she is engaged to model Vinny Tortorella during an April 2023 episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.
