Love Is Blind alum Shaina Hurley and her husband, Christos Lardakis, are overjoyed to welcome their first baby together.
They recently shared a sweet photo on Instagram introducing their newborn son, Yiorgos David Lardakis, to the world. In the caption, they expressed their love for him and mentioned how strong he is, noting that he takes after his father in looks.
Hurley and Lardakis shared the exciting news of their pregnancy in September 2023. The couple expressed their gratitude for this blessing, stating, “Our hearts are full! We cannot wait to embark on this journey of parenthood together and meet our little one!”
Viewers first met Hurley during season 2 of Love Is Blind, which aired in 2022. After appearing on the Netflix reality series, she disclosed in March 2022 that she was in a serious relationship. Hurley shared on the “Viall Files” podcast that her then-partner had been a great support during the show's media attention, saying, “He’s been great throughout the whole situation. I’m happy.”
Later that month, Hurley went Instagram official with Lardakis. “My ride or die forever,” she captioned a series of photos from the pair’s vacation to Mykonos.

Shaina Hurley and her husband Christos Lardakis shared a photo on Instagram. They announced their engagement just two weeks after making their relationship public. The couple got married at a Chicago courthouse in July, with a close friend and Lardakis' daughter as witnesses.
Hurley was previously engaged to Kyle Abrams on Love Is Blind before her relationship with Lardakis, but they ended things shortly after.
During her appearance on the “Viall Files,” Hurley admitted that she should have listened to her gut and declined Kyle’s proposal. Even before he popped the question, she had doubts about their compatibility. Despite trying to keep an open mind due to the experimental nature of the show, Hurley felt uncertain about their future. When the time came for the reveal, she realized that moving forward might not be the right choice. Seeing Kyle in person made her realize the gravity of the situation.
However, Hurley had a change of heart and decided to end things with Abrams while they were on a couples trip to Mexico. She was upfront with Kyle, telling him, "I can't do this." Hurley had broken up with him for a specific reason, which she explained to him during their time in Mexico. Feeling done with the situation, she expressed the need to go home and see her family again after not being able to for about three weeks. There was no outside influence on her decision.
