During an Amazon Live stream on Thursday, November 16, Love Is Blind's Giannina Gibelli revealed that she had a suspicion she was pregnant with her and Blake Horstmann's child even before taking a pregnancy test. Gibelli, 30, discussed this feeling of intuition while showcasing products from the couple's registry, mentioning that after returning from Morocco and visiting L.A., she experienced a light menstrual cycle, which struck her as unusual. Once back home, she began experiencing a fluttering sensation and a sense of pressure, further adding to her belief that she might be pregnant.

The reality stars decided to take a pregnancy test as a precautionary measure, although they didn't anticipate a positive outcome.

After opening a bottle of wine and already having consumed two glasses, one of them expressed the belief that the result would be negative as it usually is. They went to sit on the couch and upon returning, the person exclaimed with excitement. In addition, the duo proceeded to take six more tests, all of which yielded positive results.

Gibelli and her partner excitedly announced their pregnancy on November 14th, sharing the news of their first baby’s impending arrival. In a heartfelt joint Instagram post, they expressed their gratitude for the path that has led them to parenthood and their eagerness to welcome their little one in spring of 2024.

Gibelli and the Bachelor Nation alum expressed their surprise about the pregnancy, as they did not actively plan to conceive. However, they are extremely delighted and couldn't be happier.

Speaking on Amazon Live, Horstmann expressed his excitement about becoming a father and looking forward to cherish the precious moments. He emphasized the joy of having someone who loves you unconditionally, which he believes will be truly amazing.

In January 2022, it was confirmed that Horstmann and Gibelli were in a relationship. According to a source, the couple chose to keep their connection private while they explored their connection. Horstmann later revealed in October 2022 that he and Gibelli crossed paths while filming Paramount+’s All-Star Shore, which played a role in the discreet nature of their romance.

"We initially kept our relationship private for about six months, which was enjoyable in a way because we didn't feel the pressure of being in the public eye. It allowed us to be ourselves without all the attention. However, it was also difficult because it's never pleasant to hide your feelings for someone you love."

Horstmann came in second place on Becca Kufrin's season 14 of The Bachelorette, which aired in 2018. Kufrin, 33, ultimately accepted a proposal from Garrett Yrigoyen in the finale. Following this, Horstmann appeared on season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2019 in search of love, but left the show halfway through the season.

Gibelli, on the other hand, became engaged to Damian Powers during season 1 of Love Is Blind. Although Powers, aged 32, ultimately did not proceed with the wedding on the finale, the couple made efforts to salvage their relationship behind the scenes before finally parting ways in August 2020.
