Lindsie Chrisley is no longer willing to publicly hash out her issues with sister Savannah Chrisley.

Lindsie, 34, expressed a preference for handling the situation privately, stating her willingness to do so if the other party desired the same in an episode of her "Southern Tea" podcast on Wednesday, October 18. She mentioned that she never initiated the conversation and even took responsibility for certain things publicly, even though she shouldn't have. Lindsie clarified that she would still be open to having a private conversation with Savannah, 26, but will not participate in any further unhealthy behavior displayed in the public eye, regardless of the motivations behind it (such as entertainment or attention). Despite their feud, Lindsie sincerely wishes her sister well during this time of public grief and hopes for only positive things in her life.

Since Todd and Julie Chrisley were sentenced to prison in November 2022, issues between their two children have been escalating. The situation reached a boiling point when Savannah recently admitted on the "Viall Files" podcast that she and Lindsie no longer communicate. Savannah also disclosed that her relationships with Lindsie and their older half-brother Kyle have always been strained. She claimed that while her mom Julie always treated Lindsie and Kyle as her own, they did not show the same level of reciprocation.

Savannah's father, Todd, shares Lindsie and Kyle with his ex-wife, Teresa Terry. Todd and Julie got married in 1996 and have three children together: Chase, Savannah, and Grayson. In June 2022, Todd and Julie were found guilty of various charges including tax evasion, bank and wire fraud, and conspiracy. They were sentenced to 12 and seven years in prison, respectively, and began serving their sentences in January. However, both of their sentences have since been reduced.

Savannah, on the other hand, now has custody of Grayson, 17, and Kyle's daughter Chloe, 10, while Todd and Julie were previously given custody of Chloe in 2016. During an episode of Kailyn Lowry's "Coffee Convos" podcast, Lindsie strongly criticized Savannah's statements, accusing her of showing "no empathy" and being unaware of the situation.

“Even though Julie had a strong presence in my life, she wasn't my mother, and I had already experienced all those traumas before she came into the picture,” Lindsie expressed on the September 21 episode. "It's easy for someone without firsthand experience or witnessing these things to make judgments and statements."

The sisters also have conflicting opinions about Todd and Julie's trial. During an episode of "Viall Files," Savannah accused Lindsie of being deeply involved in their parents' court case and betraying their family. In 2019, Lindsie had told the FBI that she was genuinely afraid of her father, according to an email obtained by the Daily Mail. However, during the trial in May 2022, Lindsie testified in support of Todd and retracted her previous claims of him threatening to blackmail her with an alleged sex tape involving her ex-boyfriend, Robby Hayes.

Lindsie responded to her sister's allegations on the "Coffee Convos" podcast, stating that if blaming her helps Savannah move forward, she's okay with it. However, Lindsie believes that it shows a lack of empathy when Savannah acts as if she's the only one who has lost two parents. Lindsie acknowledges that she was not as involved in her parents' life, but she still considers it a loss. Comparing losses and saying one is greater than the other doesn't apply in this situation.
