Leicester has welcomed Enzo Maresca as their newly appointed manager, signing him on a three-year contract. Maresca, who previously served as a member of Pep Guardiola's coaching staff at Manchester City, decided to join Leicester with the aim of assisting the team in their quest for promotion from the Championship in the upcoming season.
The Italian manager is taking over from Dean Smith, who was unable to prevent Leicester from being relegated last season. Smith was given a temporary contract until the end of the season after Brendan Rodgers left in April.
