Natalya Scudder, from Below Deck Mediterranean, offered a strong opinion about her co-star Kyle Viljoen. "He is the devil," Natalya exclusively shared with We on the first day of BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas. She also mentioned that she and Kyle are currently at odds.
Since Kyle inserted himself into Natalya's drama with co-star Tumi Mhlongo in season 8, the two have been in conflict. Natalya served as the chief stew for the first charter when Tumi encountered immigration issues. However, tensions arose between them when Natalya criticized Tumi for mocking the boat's setup and decor. During episode 2, Tumi expressed her opinion to Natalya, urging her not to become defensive as she wasn't trying to offend her but simply sharing her thoughts.
Captain Sandy Yawn reached a breaking point in their ongoing conflict, going as far as considering removing both individuals from the boat in the following episode. However, she ultimately decided to step back and allow them to resolve their issues on their own.
The entry of Kyle into the situation occurred on October 23, during the fifth episode. This incited doubts in Tumi regarding her friendship with Kyle after he made questionable remarks about Natalya. Tumi's realization that Kyle might also be gossiping behind her back led her to question their friendship. In a confessional, Tumi expressed, "I believed they were friends, but if he is speaking negatively about her, he is certainly doing the same about me."
On Friday, Natalya expressed her belief that Kyle was successful in his attempt to deliberately create controversy. She further stated, "[It's] frustrating because he intentionally created a negative beginning for me and Tumi this season."

Fortunately, Natalya confirmed that she and Tumi have successfully resolved their issues after the filming. "Tumi and I have reconciled," she disclosed. "We both acknowledge that there was one individual who clearly instigated the drama, but we have resolved our differences."
Captain Sandy was praised for effectively handling the conflict between Natalya and Tumi. She showed equal support and listened to both parties. Despite the ongoing airing of season 8 on Bravo, Natalya humorously admitted that watching the series can be difficult for her. She jokingly mentioned watching it with a blindfold because her parents also watch it, and she doesn't want to be judged for her intoxicated moments.
While Luka Brunton, her fellow cast member, finds it "quite fascinating" to observe aspects they overlooked during the show's filming process, his girlfriend has chosen not to tune in. "I don't believe she's been watching it, so yeah, that's probably for the best," he revealed on Friday.
Natalya and Luka have developed a romantic connection on season 8. However, Natalya made it clear that they didn't continue their relationship after leaving Mustique.
"We're currently just close friends," she informed Us, emphasizing her single status.
In addition, she mentioned, "Given the distance between us, with him living in Indonesia and me residing in America, our communication is mostly limited to sharing Bravo photos and posts while discussing the ongoing season."
