Kyle Richards and Paris Hilton spent quality time together at Coachella. They were joined by Hilton's husband, Carter Reum, and a few friends as they watched No Doubt perform on Saturday, April 13th. According to an eyewitness, Richards' close friend Morgan Wade was not present with the group, as Wade's The Obsessed Tour began the following day in Tennessee.
Richards, who is 55 years old, posted a video on her Instagram Story where she was dancing to No Doubt's music with Kesha and Hilton, who is 43 years old.
In a different photo, Hilton looked very happy as she took a selfie with her aunt. Richards added the song "Twinnem" by Coi Leray to the photo, which has lyrics that say, "Yeah, that's my twinnem. Go best friend."
One month after Hilton's public outing, she gained attention for responding to comments made by Richards' ex, Mauricio Umansky. It was confirmed in July 2023 that Richards and Umansky, 53, had split after being married for 27 years.
In March, Netflix released a sneak peek of Umansky's second season of Buying Beverly Hills. In the preview, Umansky talked about his rift with his brother-in-law, Rick Hilton, who is also Paris' father.

Umansky expressed feeling disappointed with his experience at Hilton and Hyland, mentioning that he felt mistreated by the company. He reflected on the fact that despite his current happiness, there were challenges in the past. At the time, Hilton and Hyland had a large team of 100 agents who achieved $1 billion in sales, with Umansky contributing significantly to their production at 19.6 percent.
In a confessional, Umansky emphasized his respect for Hilton and Hyland as a company, acknowledging their excellence. He clarified that he would never speak negatively about them because he held them in high regard. However, he admitted that the situation turned sour, causing strain within his family, especially affecting his wife Kyle. The tension was significant enough that it led to Kyle's family members ceasing communication with her.
Paris criticized Umansky for sharing their family drama online, mentioning that her father is a gentleman who always takes the high road. She expressed her frustration on Instagram, stating that he should not speak negatively about the family in the press or use the Hilton name to promote his show.
Richards, on the other hand, mentioned that she was looking forward to a break from the drama after Bravo aired season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in March.
"I am kind of tired of hearing about everything over and over again," she mentioned during an Amazon Live session in March. "After the reunion, I thought I could finally relax a bit, but no, there's more stuff coming," she added.
She went on to explain, "My whole family is constantly in the public eye, which can be strange. I'm on TV, my niece is on TV, my sister is on TV. It's a lot to handle. What can I say?"
