Kourtney Kardashian is currently pregnant with her fourth child, as she and Travis Barker eagerly anticipate their new arrival. The 44-year-old star of the Kardashian family had initially concealed her baby bump, but later made a public announcement during a Blink-182 concert in June. To pay tribute to the band's iconic "All the Small Things" music video, she held up a sign that simply stated, "Travis I'm pregnant."

The couple announced that they were expecting a baby boy just a week later at a rock 'n' roll-themed gender reveal party at their home in California. Kardashian shared photos of the event on her Instagram, captioning them with "Little drummer boy coming soon."

Although this will be their first child together, both Kardashian and Barker have children from previous relationships. Kardashian has three children - Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8 - with her ex Scott Disick. Barker, on the other hand, shares two children - Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17 - with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Moakler also has a daughter named Atiana, 24, whom she shares with her ex Oscar De La Hoya.

Kourtney Kardashian is bumping along as she and Travis Barker prepare to welcome their first child together, her fourth.

The 44-year-old star of the Kardashians concealed her baby bump until she made a public announcement about her pregnancy at a Blink-182 concert in June. In a nod to the band's music video for "All the Small Things," she held up a sign that said, "Travis I'm pregnant."

Only a week later, the couple shared the news that they were having a baby boy at a fun-filled sex reveal party with a rock 'n' roll theme at their California residence. Kardashian posted photos of the event on Instagram with the caption, "Little drummer boy coming soon."

Kardashian and Barker are expecting their first child together. However, both of them already have children from previous relationships. Kardashian has three children, Mason (13), Penelope (10), and Reign (8), with her ex-partner Scott Disick. Barker, on the other hand, has two children, Landon (19) and Alabama (17), with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. Additionally, Moakler also has a daughter Atiana (24) whom she shares with her ex-partner Oscar De La Hoya.
