Kendall Jenner was surprised when she saw something unexpected on Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner's phone.

In a sneak peek of an upcoming episode of The Kardashians, 28-year-old Kendall met 72-year-old Gerry, whom she had been a fan of during his search for love on screen.

"I haven't been this excited in a long time," she says to the cameras in the clip that was shown at the end of the Thursday, May 30, episode of the reality series. "My mom managed to get Gerry to come over for dinner."

Things took a different turn later in the evening when Gerry took out his phone, catching Kendall's eye.

Kendall tells someone, "Did you see what I saw? I saw his phone. I've seen things I shouldn't have seen."

It's possible that Kendall discovered who the Bachelor was engaged to at the time, as the episode was filmed before the first season of ABC's Golden Bachelor concluded.

Season 5 of The Kardashians was filmed in fall 2023 and finished before Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to her son Rocky in late October. The Golden Bachelor concluded a month later with Gerry proposing to Theresa Nist in front of viewers.

She shared, "If it ends up in engagement, I’m open to that. I do believe this process works. I’ve seen it work for so many couples on The Bachelor, so I believe in the process. If it ends up in engagement, that’s great."

Joan shared her thoughts, saying she won't be in a hurry to get married, not just because of what happened with Gerry and Theresa. She believes it's important to take time to truly understand someone and build a strong connection. Getting to know someone well takes time, especially in real-life situations.
