Kendall Jenner Flaunts Toned Abs Post-Tropical Getaway
Kendall Jenner flaunts her toned abs at the gym, showcasing her dedication to fitness after a blissful tropical getaway

Kendall Jenner showed off her toned abs as she got back into her workout routine. Posting a mirror shot on her Instagram Story on Monday, January 8, the 28-year-old wrote, "Back at it with @mackfit."
She wore black yoga pants and a coordinating tank top, rolling it up to reveal her brown sports bra. Posing in front of the gym mirror, she covered her face. Although physically at the workout studio, Jenner joked that mentally she was still on vacation. "But mentally I'm still on a beach," she wrote alongside a throwback picture from her recent tropical getaway.
Jenner is seen standing in the sand wearing a small yellow and brown bikini and sunglasses in the photo. She also posted a picture of herself lounging on a beach chair in front of the ocean with a book and a coconut beverage, writing, "Take me back."
She went on to reveal the cover of the book she was reading, The Year of Magical Thinking by Joan Didion.

Jenner has been candid about her fitness routine, emphasizing that she feels her best when she is at home.
"In order to maintain my health, I prioritize meditation or morning workouts when I am at home and not working," she shared in an interview with El Pais in September 2023. "Afterward, I have a healthy breakfast and then make time for friends or catch up on work and emails. On weekends, I enjoy spending time with friends and riding my horse."
Recently, Jenner shared photos from her beach vacation with friend Hailey Bieber. In addition to numerous bikini pictures, Jenner posted a photo of the two of them celebrating the new year. Jenner wore a flowing, sheer cream dress with cutouts, while Bieber, 27, looked stunning in a white maxi dress.
“Years pass by so quickly. All I can ask for is presence and time. I am so grateful for what has passed and feeling optimistic for what’s to come,” she wrote as the caption for the Thursday, January 4, slideshow. “Go and show love to the people who are close to your heart, and don’t waste a second. 2024, bring me love and laughter, gratitude and growth, patience and presence.”
Before their visit to the beach resort, Bieber and Jenner had a winter getaway in Aspen in December 2023. They enjoyed a ski trip with Hailey’s spouse, Justin Bieber, and a group of friends that included Nina Dobrev, Shaun White, and others.

While on the slopes, Jenner and White, 37, snowboarded and performed a series of tricks on the slopes.
