Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom's enduring love shines through as they hold hands on a charming New York City date night, following their recent legal victory

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom continue to have a strong relationship.
On Friday, November 10, the couple was spotted leaving the well-known New York City restaurant, Raf's, holding hands. Perry, aged 39, looked cozy in a blue coat adorned with fur lining. She paired this with black velvet pants, sparkly heels, and an elegant updo. Bloom, aged 46, went for a casual look with a flannel shirt and a matching jacket. His outfit was completed with corduroy pants, brown leather shoes, and stylish orange sunglasses.
The engaged couple enjoyed a night out following their partial victory in their legal battle against real estate agent Carl Westcott regarding their $15 million California residence. The lawsuit originated in July 2020 when Westcott argued that he was not mentally capable of comprehending the contract's implications when selling his house to the couple. (Westcott was diagnosed with Huntington's disease, a hereditary brain disorder, in 2015.)
Recently, the court declared that Westcott, 84, failed to provide compelling evidence supporting his claim of incapacity to enter a real estate agreement.
In February 2024, Perry will testify about her alleged losses in a second phase of the trial, where the judge will determine if damages are owed.
Reacting to the win, Perry's attorney Eric Rowen stated to We: "The judge concluded that Mr. Westcott was unable to prove anything other than his mental stability during the complex negotiations that took place over several weeks with multiple parties. These negotiations led to a profitable sale of the property, resulting in a substantial profit for Mr. Westcott. The evidence indicates that Mr. Westcott breached the contract solely because he had a change of heart. We are eager to conclude this matter during the scheduled damage trial phase on February 13 and 14, if not sooner."

Perry and Bloom have been engaged since February 2019 when Bloom proposed on Valentine's Day. In August 2020, they celebrated the arrival of their first child, Daisy.
Throughout their relationship, they have been transparent about the challenges they've faced. Most recently, in April, Perry shared on Instagram how she and Bloom maintain the spark in their romance. "Orlando and I share the initials O.K.," she wrote. "We consistently put in the effort to ensure that our relationship stays strong. Find a partner who will stand by your side through thick and thin, always ready to fight for your love."
Bloom expressed her love in the comments section, stating, "I adore you, and our love is explosive – wouldn't have it any other way."
Perry mentioned "The Hoffman Process" in her post, referring to a week-long therapy retreat.
