Kanye West strongly rejected the sexual harassment accusations from his ex-assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. In a statement released by West's legal team to Page Six on Tuesday, June 4, the 46-year-old rapper stated that Pisciotta tried to sexually manipulate him to gain job opportunities and other benefits. Furthermore, he claimed that she resorted to blackmail after he turned down her advances.

Ye plans to take legal action against Ms. Pisciotta in response to the false accusations. It is stated that before her dismissal as an assistant, she took his cell phone to delete records that could disprove her claims. The evidence has been saved for verification.

According to West, Pisciotta was fired for not having the necessary qualifications and for requesting an exorbitant salary of $4 million. Additionally, her behavior was described as inappropriate and erratic.

West's lawyers claimed that Pisciotta made unwanted sexual advances towards Ye on his birthday, including offering sex which he declined, sending unsolicited nude images, sexual stories, and even twerking in the office during work hours.

In addition, West alleged that Pisciotta attempted to pressure him into buying expensive items like Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and plastic surgery. According to his legal team, Pisciotta's actions do not align with someone who has experienced sexual harassment or a hostile work environment. They believe she is pursuing personal gains, attention, and job opportunities through inappropriate methods.

On Monday, June 3, it was confirmed that Pisciotta had filed a lawsuit against West. She accused him of breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta stated that she was hired by West to work on his Yeezy fashion line. Prior to this, she was working as an OnlyFans model. Pisciotta claimed that she decided to leave OnlyFans at West's request, with the promise that he would match her previous compensation of $1 million per year. After leaving OnlyFans, Pisciotta alleged that West began sexually harassing her through text messages and phone calls.

One of West's alleged messages, as described in the filing, mentioned a desire for a partner to share their experiences during intimacy and even cheat on him afterwards.

Despite these messages, the individual eventually became West's Chief of Staff and was reportedly earning a $4 million salary. However, she was fired in October 2022 and offered a $3 million severance package, which she has not yet received despite accepting it.
