Jurgen Klopp took a swipe at Chelsea following their 1-1 draw with Liverpool, implying that the current manager at Stamford Bridge gets whatever he desires in terms of transfers.
Chelsea is actively pursuing a agreement to acquire Moises Caicedo from Brighton for a staggering £115m, setting a new British record fee, after the midfielder turned down Liverpool.
After the Super Sunday match ended in a stalemate, Klopp was questioned about Mauricio Pochettino's desire for more players in this transfer window. In response, Klopp humorously remarked, "That's a typical wish for Chelsea managers, and they tend to fulfill it."

Transfer Saga back on? Could Chelsea hijack Liverpool's Caicedo deal
Klopp also said after the game there was "no news at all" to report on the transfer of Caicedo.
On the performance of his team in their season opener, Klopp was satisfied with what he saw.
Klopp expressed, "The initial performance was quite impressive, as we managed to score two exceptional goals, although one was disallowed due to offside.
"Unfortunately, we allowed Chelsea an opportunity to gain momentum, as we lost possession in challenging situations. This resulted in the game taking a different turn, with us no longer having complete control."
In the second half, Chelsea had more opportunities and the match became more open. However, we stepped up and remained competitive. The intensity was high for both teams, and securing a point at Chelsea is noteworthy.
From my perspective, it seemed like we inadvertently assisted Chelsea in making a comeback.
The defensive issues we faced today were not caused by the qualities of the midfielders. Though they lean towards a more attacking style, all these players are capable of executing our desired strategies.
Unfortunately, we positioned ourselves too deep and surrendered the half spaces to the opposition. However, it's important to remember that today's match does not determine our season's outcome. Let's maintain a positive mindset.
Klopp baffled by Trent yellow
Trent Alexander-Arnold incurred the wrath of the new, more stringent regulations concerning potential timewasting by inadvertently spending excess time on a throw-in during the course of the season. Klopp found himself bewildered by the resulting verdict. He expressed, "During the previous season, certain teams exploited the concept of timewasting, but we were not one of them. I anticipated that we would be handed our first yellow card for 'timewasting' due to Trent's throw-in. It's a tactical matter that prohibits haphazardly launching the ball."
"Take the stoppage time for Brentford, for example. When they take a free-kick, it seems to take ages due to the numerous routines they feel the need to go through. Surprisingly, no one even considers issuing a yellow card. The same can be said for throw-ins; perhaps some clarification is necessary. Far too many teams are taking blatant advantage of this situation. This is precisely why people yearn for more actual football action. It's just the way things are. Personally, it doesn't bother me."
Poch: We need to grow every single day
Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino, speaking to We, expressed his belief that his team deserved a greater outcome. While pleased with their performance, there was also a sense of disappointment as they had aspirations of victory, considering their deserving display. Nonetheless, Pochettino recognized that this was just the start.
We have established an exceptional working environment which holds great significance. It revolves around trust, belief, and collective effort. From the very beginning, the bond has been extraordinary.
Our fans have consistently stood beside us. Even during challenging times, they remained unwavering in their support, never losing faith in the team. The team drew inspiration from the crowd's contagious energy.
From the very start, we faced challenges. However, we persevered and developed our gameplay strategy, gradually asserting our dominance and forcing Liverpool back. I am truly satisfied with our progress and achievements.
Continual growth is imperative for us, day after day.
