Jonathan Majors and his girlfriend Meagan Good arrived at court together for jury selection in his domestic violence trial. Majors, 34, was dressed in a suit and tie with a long black overcoat, while Good, 42, wore a long wool coat over a black dress with matching pumps. They were also seen holding hands and Majors was clutching a copy of the Bible.
Majors had Good by his side at previous court appearances, such as an August hearing when his lawyer Priya Chaudhry filed a motion to delay the trial. After multiple delays, the legal proceedings officially began on Wednesday.
The trial follows Majors' arrest in March for allegedly assaulting a woman who was later identified as his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. At the time, the actor denied the allegations.
According to a spokesperson for Majors, he has not committed any wrongdoing. The spokesperson stated on March 25 to CNN, "We are eager to vindicate his reputation and resolve this matter." Shortly after being arrested, Majors was formally charged with assault and harassment. An alleged incident resulted in the accuser being struck by Majors with an open hand, resulting in significant pain and a laceration behind her ear, as reported by CNN.

Majors filed a domestic violence complaint against Jabbari, 30, in June, alleging she was the aggressor in a March altercation. Jabbari was arrested on assault and criminal mischief charges in October, but prosecutors dropped all charges soon after.
Majors has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and faces the possibility of serving up to a year in prison if convicted. The Marvel star has already experienced professional repercussions following the allegations, as he was dropped by talent manager Entertainment 360 and the PR firm The Lede Company shortly after his arrest.
Good has been a strong support for Majors since they started dating in May. Majors even referred to her as "the Mrs." at the Congressional Black Caucus’ 8th Annual Black and White Gala in September. "We're thrilled to be here tonight, celebrating our journey, our accomplishments, and our love and support for each other, and the positive impact we have on the world," Good said in a video from the evening shared via X (formerly Twitter). "So many beautiful Black faces. I love us, y'all! We are so beautiful!"
After Good shared her remarks, Majors chimed in: “Y’all heard the Mrs., so that’s what it is.”

Good wore a white dress to the event, but it remains unclear what “the Mrs.” means to the twosome. We reached out to Major and Good’s reps for comment at the time.
