Jon Gosselin was spotted at the grand opening of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Clinic West Hollywood on April 25, 2024. He looked sharp and stylish as he posed for photos at the event.

Jon Gosselin has shared that he has lost 32 pounds on his weight loss journey, thanks to a diet supported by the generic form of Ozempic.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star is using semaglutide to help him with his weight loss, inspired by the success his girlfriend, Stephanie Lebo, had with it. Gosselin, who is 47 years old, exclusively told We, “I can only eat what I need.”

Gosselin shared that when Steph offers him a salad, he declines because he believes it won't satisfy his hunger. Instead, he opts for eating the chicken and keeping track of his food intake. He emphasized that his eating habits mainly consist of following a diet.

Gosselin’s comments came at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center West Hollywood grand opening on Thursday, April 25, where he served as DJ.

Jon Gosselin shared that his DJ lifestyle led to him gaining 35 pounds. He mentioned that he would often grab gas station food near his Pennsylvania home at 3 a.m. after finishing a set.

Now, he follows a new routine that doesn't allow for late-night Wawa visits or trendy methods like intermittent fasting.

He mentioned, "Fasting isn't ideal for muscle building. That's why I eat six to eight times a day."

To make sure he gets enough protein, Gosselin includes two protein shakes in his daily routine, giving him a total of about 84 grams.

Despite trying other weight loss programs, Gosselin only saw significant results when he switched to a keto diet and lost 55 pounds. However, he noticed that he was not getting the desired muscle tone. Additionally, issues like sleep apnea, which he used to manage with a CPAP machine, were not fully resolved. Nowadays, even when he sleeps without the machine, his partner reports that he no longer snores.

On top of taking semaglutide, Gosselin exercises six days a week. He enjoys going to the gym on Sundays when it's usually quiet, and takes a rest day on Saturdays.

Gosselin shared, "I often have a busy schedule or need to go out of town, so I prefer not to feel worn out on the weekends."

After that, his supplements come into the picture. Gosselin shared that after dealing with high blood pressure for many years, he is now starting to notice improvements by switching to organic medication.

"I was taking Losartan and Hydralazine for a decade and my blood pressure never went down," he mentioned. "But then I switched to Carditone and it suddenly dropped. It's unbelievable. Everything is happening all at once."

Gosselin and Lebo have been dating since 2021, and Gosselin is planning to propose soon. He is excited about the prospect of getting married. Gosselin is confident that Lebo will say yes to his proposal.

Editor's P/S:

Jon Gosselin's weight loss journey is both inspiring and informative. His honesty about his struggles with weight gain and his success with semaglutide is encouraging for others who are looking to lose weight. His story also highlights the importance of finding a weight loss plan that works for you and sticking to it.

Gosselin's comments about intermittent fasting and muscle building are also noteworthy. While intermittent fasting can be an effective way to lose weight, it may not be the best option for everyone. For those who are looking to build muscle, eating six to eight times a day may be more beneficial. Additionally, Gosselin's experience with organic medication is a reminder that there are natural alternatives to traditional medications that can be just as effective.
