Joey Fatone, the 46-year-old 'NSync singer, has been dedicated to improving his fitness and is urging other men to be more open about the cosmetic procedures they have undergone. During the exclusive interview where he was promoting his collaboration with AirSculpt, Fatone expressed that despite exercising regularly, certain problem areas are often resistant to conventional workouts.
Fatone sought help from AirSculpt for body contouring after facing difficulties with a specific area. Remarkably, he noticed visible improvements within just a month. Expressing his amazement, he emphasized the rapidity of the results, particularly in his jawline and stomach, which have significantly slimmed down. In contrast to the delayed effects typically experienced with exercise, he marveled at how the results became evident in less than a month.

The pop star went on to note that he hasn’t “really measured” himself since the procedure, but he thinks he’s lost about 10 pounds.
"I've noticed that every time I step on the scale, my weight fluctuates between 245 and 237 pounds," he revealed to Us. "It's a common occurrence for most people to experience a 10-pound range. However, today when I weighed myself, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was at 225 pounds. I haven't seen numbers in the 220s for quite some time, so I'm feeling really excited about it. This unexpected result is motivating me to continue my journey and accomplish even more."
Fatone emphasized the importance of being transparent about his experience with body contouring, as men rarely discuss their involvement in cosmetic procedures.
"Why aren't men as open about their procedures and personal choices as women? It shouldn't be a big deal," he questioned. "To be completely honest, I have opted for hair plugs because I was experiencing hair loss. It's not my fault, it's genetics. So, I decided to get hair plugs. Absolutely, no shame in that. The same goes for my body. We are all born with different genetic makeups... So, we simply try to find ways to address it." Despite his public persona, Fatone emphasized that he is not concerned about others' opinions of his appearance; his main focus is on maintaining good health.
"According to him, many individuals argue that having a specific appearance grants more opportunities in certain roles or endeavors. However, he counters by stating that he was not naturally inclined to fit that mold. He admits that while achieving that weight and appearance might be a personal goal, it is not something he feels compelled to pursue. His primary focus is on maintaining good health."
