Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O’Connor could be hearing wedding bells soon. According to a source in the latest issue of We, they are planning to get engaged and then start a family. Marriage is definitely on the horizon for them.

Manganiello, who is 47 years old, was first linked to the actress, who is 34 years old, in September 2023. This was two months after he and Sofía Vergara announced their separation. The couple had been married for seven years before the Magic Mike star filed for divorce in July 2023. The reason for their split was their disagreement on expanding their family.

According to a source, Sofía did not want to have more children at her age. The insider mentioned that Manganiello and O’Connor share similar views on this matter. They have a mutual respect for each other and maintain a healthy dynamic in their relationship.

Manganiello hasn't spoken much about the divorce, but the Modern Family alum revealed that they had different views on having children.

Vergara, aged 51, opened up about her recent divorce from her second husband of 10 years. She shared with Spanish newspaper El País in January that the marriage ended because her husband, who was younger, wanted children while she did not want to become a mother at an older age.

Vergara, who had her son Manolo in 1991 with her ex-husband Joe Gonzalez, shared that she doesn't plan on having more children. She believes it wouldn't be fair to the baby and she's now ready to be a grandmother rather than a mother.

Just a month before Vergara's revelation, Manganiello and O'Connor made their first public appearance as a couple at a gala in New York City. According to a source, Joe and Caitlin get along really well because they are both laid-back individuals. Another insider mentioned that O'Connor is not demanding and prefers a low-key lifestyle over partying.

Sofía Vergara has been linked to orthopedic surgeon Justin Saliman after they were seen sharing a meal together in October 2023. While Joe Manganiello has moved on with O’Connor, Vergara seems to be falling for Justin more and more as they spend time together. A source exclusively told Us in November that they have amazing chemistry, and her friends believe they make a wonderful couple.
