Jill Zarin has a new face.
Zarin, 60, revealed via Instagram on Tuesday, June 4, that she had a “lower” face lift after seeing herself on the new Prime Video series The Goat.
Zarin shared on social media a clip with a caption that said, "I'm back! Sort of?" She had a black bandage around her face and neck in the video. After watching herself on The Goat on Amazon Video, she felt confident and decided to get a lower face lift. She mentioned that she did great on the show this week.
Along with the rhytidectomy, Zarin also had fat from her legs transferred to her hands because she didn't like how they looked. This fat transfer procedure helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
Zarin expressed her excitement in the caption, exclaiming, "They look amazing!" She shared that her doctor visited her the first night after the surgery, which greatly improved her mood. Throughout the weekend, her doctor made additional visits to remove the drainage at specific times. Zarin pointed out that each surgeon has their own unique techniques, medications, and bedside manner, all of which are important factors to inquire about for a successful recovery.
In conclusion, Zarin mentioned that she will continue to provide updates on her healing journey for her subscribers. She also encouraged her followers to tune in to watch her on The Goat.
In this week's episode, Zarin faces a health scare. In a clip from the upcoming episode airing on Thursday, June 6, Zarin shares with her fellow contestants that she is unable to leave her bed.
She reaches out to the production crew for help, asking, "Can you help me? I need injections." Zarin explains that she requires cortisone injections as her back is in severe spasm.
Zarin was worried about how this would affect the "ball game" on the reality competition show. She mentioned, "This could sideline me physically. I need to get this sorted out today."
The Goat, which began airing in May, gathered more than a dozen reality TV stars at GOAT Manor to compete in various challenges for a cash prize and the title of Greatest of All Time. The show has already sent home Joey Sasso, Lauren Speed-Hamilton, Tayshia Adams, Kristen Doute, Reza Farahan, Teck Holmes, and Justin Johnson, also known as Alyssa Edwards.
Zarin is most known for starring in The Real Housewives of New York City. She was a part of the original cast and appeared in the franchise from season 1 to 4.
