Jill Zarin's chances of winning The Goat may be decreasing due to a health scare.
In a clip exclusive to We from the episode airing on Thursday, June 6, Jill, who is 60 years old, shares with her fellow contestants that she is unable to get out of bed.
Jill asks the production crew for help. She needs injections. She requests a doctor to come and give her cortisone injections because her back is in spasm.
The former Real Housewives of New York City star shares that she has been experiencing extreme discomfort.
"I'm really hurting at the moment. When I bent down to put on my shoe, I heard a crack," she shares in a confessional. "This has happened before and it has knocked me out for two weeks."
Jill was worried about how this would affect her performance on the reality competition show, saying, "This could really sideline me physically. I need to get this taken care of today."
Many of the contestants on The Goat, such as Da’Vonne Rogers, Joe Amabile, Paola Mayfield, Jason Smith, and Wendell Holland, were worried about Jill. Joe, who is 38 years old, made an effort to assist her in order for her to continue participating.

Joe opened up in a heartfelt conversation about the implications of the situation.
"We need to figure out a plan for Jill. She's unable to leave her bed, and we can't afford for her to be left out," he shared. "It's crucial for everyone to participate, or else Wendell's chances of winning will only grow. We must urgently find a doctor for her."
In May, The Goat began streaming, featuring over a dozen reality TV stars competing in challenges at GOAT Manor for a cash prize and the title of Greatest of All Time. Participants like Joey Sasso, Lauren Speed-Hamilton, Tayshia Adams, Kristen Doute, Reza Farahan, Teck Holmes, and Justin Johnson a.k.a Alyssa Edwards have been eliminated from the show.
During the competition, Jill teamed up with Da’Vonne, 36, which led to her winning a challenge and earning immunity in the episode aired on May 30. Despite her success, Jill faced tension with Reza, 50, who has been throwing shade even after filming ended.
I usually try not to dwell on regrets in my life because I dislike that feeling. However, I do regret allowing Jill into my life," he shared with Us exclusively last month. "That's how I felt at the time. To be honest, Jill can be a bit difficult."
The Shahs of Sunset alum remembered forming opinions that changed once he got to know his housemates better. "I realized that the negative thoughts I had were all in my own head and didn't reflect the wonderful people in the house. The people in the house really showed me their true selves. Well, most people did, not Jill."
Reza did not regret calling Jill a "f–king bitch." He expressed that he regretted thinking he had an alliance with her. Reza believed that if he had not known Jill, his experience would have been better. He described Jill's behavior in the house as beastly, similar to her behavior on Below Deck. Reza felt that Jill acted as if she owned the mansion and that the production team were her servants, which he found off-putting. He believed that not having a relationship with Jill prior to entering the house would have benefited him greatly.
Jill was asked about Reza's insult towards her. She mentioned that she was not aware of what was said. "I don't think I saw that. I haven't seen that yet," she shared. "You'll have to tune in and see what happens."
"The Goat" can be streamed on Prime Video, and new episodes are released on Thursdays.
