The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation crew has thoughts after friend Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola seemingly inserted herself into Angelina Pivarnick’s relationship drama.

In a special sneak peek from We, the episode airing on Thursday, April 25 shows Angelina, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Vinny Guadagnino, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino watching a TikTok video featuring Sammi and NFL wife Alexis Bawden.

Alexis, who is married to New York Jets player Nick Bawden, shared a TikTok video with Sammi back in October 2023. In the video, Alexis, who is 27 years old, lip-synced a famous quote from the original MTV show, where Sammi asks, “Are you friends with her, let me know now.” She playfully captioned her post with, “Angela, I’M friends with her.”

Alexis had accused Angelina, 37, of messaging Nick despite his marriage. In a Family Vacation episode in March, Angelina explained that she messaged multiple Jets athletes and was unaware that Nick, 27, was married.

In a clip, Pauly D, 43, commented on Angelina messaging Nick at the Jets game. He observed Sam doing TikToks with her and described it as a strategic move. "Don't mess with Sam," Pauly D warned.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi mentioned that Angelina wouldn't be happy about the video. Snooki, aged 36, emphasized that once something is posted on social media, it stays there forever. She questioned Angelina's actions, saying, "Girl, what are you doing?"

In a flashback, the scene showed Sammi angrily confronting her then-boyfriend Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, now 38, on a balcony. She questioned him about his relationship with another girl, insisting on a straightforward answer of "yes or no."

While Sammi has not explained her purpose in filming the TikTok, the rest of the cast is up in arms over her perceived lack of loyalty to the group.

Sammi finally made her debut on Family Vacation in season 6 after initially turning down the opportunity to appear on the reality TV show. Interestingly, it was Angelina who played a role in arranging her return to the show.

“Have you told the girls that you DM’ed me?” Sammi told Angelina during the season 6 premiere, which aired in January 2023.
