Oscar-nominated actor Jeremy Renner has returned to work just one year after a terrifying accident left him with over 30 broken bones and fearing for his life on New Year's Day 2023.
Taking to Instagram, Renner posted a photo of himself back on set for his TV series Mayor of Kingstown on Paramount+, expressing his nerves but hopeful for a successful production and in particular, for the fans.

The injuries were serious enough for him to consider end-of-life decisions and write his "last words" to his family in case he didn't make it.
Renner's astonishing recovery has already had him jogging in May 2023. His upcoming album, "Love and Titanium," is set to be released on January 19, and will reflect his experiences during the pain and challenges of his recovery over the past year.
