Jennifer Lopez Likes Cryptic Post Amid Ben Affleck Issues

Jennifer Lopez subtly acknowledged social media advice on healthy and unhealthy relationships. Relationship coach Lenna Marsak shared a graphic about relationship dynamics on Instagram in March. Lopez, who is 54 years old, liked the post on Thursday, May 16, as seen in a screenshot shared on Marsak's Instagram Story.

"You can't connect with someone who is not in touch with themselves," Marsak wrote in her caption. "It's hard for them to understand us if they don't understand themselves first. Starting a relationship may be simple, but maintaining and growing it is a whole other challenge."

She also mentioned, "Ultimately, love is more than just a feeling, it's about taking action ❤️."

It is unclear why Lopez posted on social media, but it happened during her difficulties in her marriage with Ben Affleck.

Rumors were circulating about Lopez's relationship with Affleck, 51, last week because they had not been seen together for 47 days. Despite this, a source told us that the couple has not separated after almost two years of marriage.

"Jen and Ben are facing challenges in their marriage," a source shared with Us on Thursday. The problems began a few months ago when Jen started increasing her work commitments and preparing for her upcoming tour.

Lopez, who tied the knot with Affleck in July 2022, twenty years after they first cancelled their engagement, is getting ready to kick off her This Is Me… Live tour in June. The tour will coincide with the release of her ninth studio album, This Is Me… Now, as well as a short film and a behind-the-scenes documentary.

Another source mentioned to us that the couple is currently putting effort into improving their relationship.

Later that Thursday, Lopez and Affleck were seen together in pictures published by In Touch. They were accompanied by Emme, Lopez's 16-year-old daughter with her former husband, Marc Anthony. Lopez also has a twin son, Max, with the 55-year-old Latin Grammy winner.

Affleck has three children, Violet who is 18, Seraphina who is 15, and Samuel who is 12, with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

After Lopez and Affleck got married, the singer has developed a friendly relationship with Garner, who is 52 years old.

Lopez praised Garner as an incredible coparent in a Vogue profile from November 2022. She mentioned that they work together harmoniously and emphasized the importance of handling the transition with care.

Additionally, Lopez observed how the five children successfully navigated the process of blending families.

"They have a lot of emotions because they are teenagers. But everything is going smoothly," she shared with the outlet. "My hope is to create a strong bond within our blended family. His children will have me as a new supporter, and my children will have him as a new supporter. Someone who loves and cares for them, but also offers a different viewpoint. This will help me see things that I might miss because of my emotional connection with my own kids."
