Jennifer Lawrence is denying rumors of plastic surgery, noting that makeup can create the appearance of surgical enhancements. In a recent conversation with Kylie Jenner for Interview Magazine, Lawrence, 33, explained that her makeup artist's techniques have led many to incorrectly believe she has had eye surgery.
Lawrence said, "I didn't have eye surgery. I'm just doing makeup."
Jenner, 26, remarked on the transformative power of makeup and reassured Lawrence that she doesn't look like she's had any procedures done. Lawrence jokingly commented that according to rumors, she's had "full plastic surgery." Jenner added that she has only had lip fillers and no plastic surgery.
“I did end up getting lip fillers, but it’s also the same with me,” Jenner revealed. “I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 years old versus 26 and my eyebrows are filled differently. I have contour on. I’m like, ‘How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I’ve gotten my jaw shaved and eyelids removed?’ I’m like, ‘What are we talking about?’”

Lawrence, a longtime friend of the Kardashian family, concurred with Jenner that it all comes down to the natural aging process.
“At 19, I began my journey, so I have the before and after photos from when I was 19 to 30, and I can see that I’ve grown up, lost the baby weight in my face, and that my face has changed due to aging. Everyone thought I had a nose job, but I've had the exact same nose. My cheeks just got smaller. Thank you for bringing it up,” Lawrence commented.

In addition to dispelling plastic surgery rumors, the pair delved into various topics including their professional endeavors and experiences as mothers. Jenner shared insights into the inception of her makeup brand, Kylie Cosmetics, "from the bottom up."
"My mom and I never thought we would start a makeup line. We were unsure of where to begin and had no one to guide us. My mom was worried that I would be stuck with lip kits in my garage forever," Jenner recollected. "We placed an order for 5,000 of each color, that was the minimum requirement. She warned me, 'You better be prepared, Kylie, because you might end up with a lot of lip kits in your garage for the rest of your life, so you better love these colors.'"

Jenner’s cosmetic company has generated at least $900 million since it began in November 2015. The website even crashed within one minute of its initial launch.
"Within seconds, it broke, and that's when we realized, 'Alright, how can we improve this? How can we make it faster and better?'" explained Jenner. "We hopped into my mom's car and traveled all around California, visiting various factories. Finding the right manufacturer was a challenge. Being a new company, growing in the public eye was tough. There was no room for errors. But it was a good thing. It was incredibly successful and the most amazing time of my life."
