To create a stunning volcano on their island, Reddit user Kittytruck utilized the island designer app to craft a unique design. By eroding specific cliffs on each level, Kittytruck was able to form the basic shape of the volcano. The centerpiece of the volcano, a floating asteroid, was obtained through a rare DIY recipe from Celeste. This asteroid is perfectly situated to create a realistic effect of lava flowing down to the surface.

According to Kittytruck, the lava effect was achieved through the strategic placement of Frozen Partitions. These partitions can be obtained by speaking to Snowboys or crafted using one of the winter DIYs from Animal Crossing: New Horizons. By customizing the partitions with a red hue, the illusion of lava was created. To form the giant rocks that complete the volcano's appearance, Kittytruck used the "Tall Garden Rocks" DIY that required 60 stones each. Finally, the custom ground creation beneath the volcano was created using the Island Designer app.
