Jamie Foxx Facing Another Lawsuit Over Alleged Sexual Assault as Additional Accuser Comes Forward

In 2015, Jamie Foxx was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a rooftop bar in New York City. The alleged victim is seeking to sue the actor, the venue, and its employees over the incident. Foxx, known for his roles in The Amazing Spider-Man franchise, Django Unchained, and more, has been accused of sexual assault. TMZ reported that the alleged incident took place eight years ago.

The lawsuit states that the reported sexual assault occurred in August 2015, at Catch NYC & Roof. The accuser allegedly arrived around 11PM and noticed Foxx at a nearby table. About two hours later, around 1AM, the accuser's friend asked Foxx for a photo. She claims he agreed, saying "Sure, baby, anything for you," and appeared to be intoxicated. After taking the photos, Foxx said, "Wow, you have that supermodel body...You smell so good," and also told the accuser that she resembled actress Gabrielle Union.

Jamie Foxx has faced previous accusations of sexual assault, and a recent victim alleged that he pulled her to the back of a rooftop area, placed his hands on her waist, and moved them under her top onto her body.

She went on to explain her efforts to distance herself from Foxx, and claimed that others nearby, including a security guard, witnessed the incident but reportedly ignored it. Consequently, the plaintiff is filing a lawsuit against Foxx, the venue, and its staff for both compensatory and punitive damages.

Foxx has faced previous accusations of sexual assault. In 2018, a woman reported a sexual assault incident to Nevada police involving the actor. Despite Foxx’s lawyers dismissing the claims as "absurd" and accusing the woman of filing a "false police report," the charges were ultimately dropped following a police investigation.
