Taylor Swift has been rumored to appear in Deadpool 3, officially titled Deadpool & Wolverine. The movie will feature Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's characters teaming up to fight a common enemy, as they transition from Fox's X-Men universe to Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe.

For a long time, fans have loved seeing Swift as Dazzler, a member of the X-Men who is also a pop star with the ability to turn music into light and energy. We saw a glimpse of this character in the 2019 movie X-Men: Dark Phoenix, where she was portrayed by Halston Sage.

Because of Swift's popularity as a pop star and her close relationship with Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, many fans have been speculating that she might make her debut in the Marvel movie releasing on July 26. ‘Deadpool 2’ Cat Cameos

Swift has been referenced in the Deadpool franchise before, with Reynolds' character wearing a T-shirt featuring Swift's cats Olivia and Meredith in the movie Deadpool 2. The shirt had a photo of the cats and the words, "Olivia & Meredith Best Friends Purrrrr-Ever."

In May 2018, Swift responded to the kitty cameos on her Instagram Story, expressing her pride in her furry daughters. She later adopted another cat named Benjamin in 2019.

Connections in the ‘All Too Well’ Short Film

Swift unveiled the short film for the extended 10-minute edition of her track “All Too Well” in November 2021. The film features Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien in leading roles, with a cameo by Shawn Levy, known for directing Deadpool and Wolverine, as Sink's character's father.

Reynolds revealed in September 2022 that Jackman would reprise his role as Wolverine in the upcoming Deadpool film, delighting fans. Swifties were excited to point out that the social media video seemed to be shot in the same location as the “All Too Well” short film.

In a similar vein, Lively posted a picture on Instagram that same month of her and Reynolds, with Reynolds dressed in his Deadpool outfit, posing on what appeared to be the staircase of their house. This led many followers to believe that the scene was indeed captured in the couple's home.
