According to an exclusive source, Jack Quaid and Claudia Doumit, who both star in The Boys, are still in a strong relationship. The couple first sparked dating rumors in June 2022 when they were promoting season 3 of their show in Doumit's native Australia. Photos published by the Daily Mail captured the costars affectionately holding hands.
Quaid and Doumit, both aged 31, have collaborated on the superhero series ever since she joined the cast as Victoria Neuman in 2020. Meanwhile, Quaid has been portraying the lead character, Hughie Campbell, since the show debuted in 2019.
As Jack's career continues to thrive, he is choosing to keep his personal life under wraps, similar to his mother's inclination for privacy. The source revealed, "He's become quite private nowadays, just like his mother." (Ryan and Dennis, who were married for nine years, parted ways in 2000. Ryan is currently 61 years old, while Dennis is 69.)
Although the Oppenheimer actor may be reluctant to talk about his off-camera relationship with Doumit, he often expresses his admiration for his connection with The Boys cast.
"In my opinion, what truly makes a job stand out is the strong bond we have, not only among ourselves, but also with the crew and the individuals behind the show," Jack mentioned in a June interview with DiscussingFilm.net. "We could have been stuck working together for multiple seasons with people we dislike. However, everyone involved is genuinely fantastic. Despite the reprehensible nature of their characters, they are all genuinely wonderful human beings."
Jack's rise to stardom can largely be attributed to his notable performances in highly acclaimed films such as The Hunger Games, Scream, Oppenheimer, and others. However, even before achieving his breakthrough success, Jack had firsthand insights into the intricacies of celebrity life, having been raised by renowned parents.
"In my class, I would sometimes have friends who only wanted to be friends with me because of my parents. It felt strange, like they didn't genuinely like me for who I am. Even at such a young age, around six years old, they were trying to get on good terms with my parents," he shared with Spoiler Magazine. "That was my first awakening to this kind of situation. From then on, I became quite adept at distinguishing who truly wanted to be my friend. I refer to it as my BS detector."
Before his relationship with Doumit, Jack was dating actress Lizzy McGroder. They were seen affectionately cuddling at the season 2 premiere of The Boys in September 2020. It is unclear when their relationship ended.
