January 4

Trump is required to challenge the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court to remove him from the 2024 ballot in the state and escalate the matter to the US Supreme Court before January 4. If not, the temporary halt on the ruling by the state Supreme Court justices will expire, and his name will be omitted from the primary ballots that begin printing the next day.
