During filming of the show, Bachelor Nation leads and contestants usually do not have the opportunity to communicate with their families. However, Michelle Young found a way to secretly bypass this restriction.

On Wednesday, February 28, the 30-year-old shared a screenshot of her Netflix screen on her Instagram Story. Along with the image, she included a heartfelt message that said, “Love you too. Wishing you the best – xoxo the Fam.”

Michelle admitted, "How I communicated with my family while filming The Bachelorette ... Oops."

Bachelor Nation was introduced to Michelle as she competed for Matt James' heart in season 25 of The Bachelor. Despite finishing as the runner-up, Michelle was chosen as the lead for season 18 of The Bachelorette in March 2021. Although she said yes to Nayte Olukoya's proposal in the December 2021 finale, they announced their breakup in June 2022.

Tyler Cameron, a friend of Matt's, also made arrangements with him before the filming of his season in case he required assistance in his quest for love.

Tyler, 31, shared with Access Hollywood in October 2020 that he and Matt devised an SOS signal using their Peloton bikes. Matt will send a specific signal through the Peloton bike to indicate that he needs to be rescued. This unique system was created by the duo to communicate and help each other during their workouts.

Tyler confessed that he intended to ride his bike daily in anticipation of a message from Matt, who is 32 years old.

He expressed, "I will be stealthily maneuvering through the woods and forest in camouflage... I am committed to locating his whereabouts and physically carrying him back home by jumping over a fence."

Tyler appeared to have no need for the SOS signal to locate Matt, as he ended season 25 of the show with girlfriend Rachael Kirkconnell. Despite their breakup following Rachael's racially insensitive actions coming to light, the couple reconciled in April 2021.

On the other hand, Michelle has moved forward in her romantic life with boyfriend Jack Leius, whom she was introduced to by a mutual friend.

Young reflected on their shared experience of going through difficult breakups, noting that they were both at similar stages - from not being ready to meet someone new to being open to the idea. She mentioned on the "Almost Famous" podcast in January that they frequented the same bars and even visited the lake where Leius spent his childhood, a place where her family also enjoyed fishing around the clock.
