Ben Higgins’ wife, Jessica Clarke Higgins, never saw his season of The Bachelor until after they got married. Now, she's getting a behind-the-scenes look. "When he said he would give me a tour of the Bachelor Mansion, I had no idea this is what he meant," Jessica, 26, captioned a TikTok video on Friday, December 1st.
Ben, 34, took viewers on a tour of the bathrooms in the Los Angeles residence that is home to the Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants each season. He joked that the first bathroom is usually blocked off and very clean and private, but unfortunately, it gets awkward when there are 25 women sitting in the living room. Ben was the lead of The Bachelor season 20.
Ben then escorted Jessica to the restroom that he said was the only one available, much to her surprise. It was only later that he revealed there was actually a second bathroom upstairs that the contestants could use. "Consider this, you have two bathrooms for all these people," he explained to his wife. "Isn't that insane? The second one is famous, it's been featured in many videos. Many people have used the tub and shower."

During his time on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season 11 of The Bachelorette, Ben mentioned that the male contestants would often take group showers to save time. Additionally, the Bachelor Mansion has a hidden bathroom on the top floor that contestants are usually not allowed to use, as it is used by production to store camera equipment.
"The door is never locked. It would be closed and filled with cameras and equipment," he explained. "This is where I spent a lot of time, just sitting and thinking about life, pondering what my next move was or if I was going home tomorrow."
He went on to say, "I would sit here for as long as possible, counting the tiles on the wall just to keep my mind occupied."
